L\u2019exposition \u00ab Temps Perdu \u00bb \u00e0 la Galerie Arnaud Lefebvre s\u2019inspire d\u2019une \u0153uvre de perforation sur papier de Hessie. Elle se d\u00e9roule en deux temps : dans un premier temps une exposition personnelle de Hessie ; dans un second temps, un hommage rendu \u00e0 Hessie par deux artistes contemporaines : Olga Theuriet et Jessye Wdowin-McGregor, artiste australienne dont ce sera la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 la galerie.<\/span>
\u00ab Temps perdu \u00bb est une invitation par Hessie \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l\u2019art selon le point de vue de la perte et du manque. C\u2019est aussi une des conditions indispensables \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de toute \u0153uvre d\u2019art. Hessie a laiss\u00e9 peu de traces \u00e9crites, pourtant l\u2019\u00e9criture est partout pr\u00e9sente dans son \u0153uvre.<\/span>
Les \u0153uvres de Hessie expos\u00e9es sont un voyage dans son \u0153uvre qui marque un certain moment d\u2019actualit\u00e9 dans le cours du temps que nous vivons aujourd\u2019hui.

The \u201cTemps Perdu\u201d (\u00ab\u00a0Lost Time\u00a0\u00bb) exhibition is inspired by a perforated paper by Hessie.
The exhibition is divided into two parts: firstly, a solo show by Hessie, and secondly, a tribute to Hessie by two contemporary artists: Olga Theuriet and Jessye Wdowin-McGregor, an Australian artist whose work will be shown for the first time at the gallery.
\u201cTemps perdu\u201d is Hessie’s invitation to consider art from the point of view of loss and lack. It is also one of the essential conditions for the making of any artwork. Hessie has left few written traces, yet writing is everywhere at play in her work.
The works on show are a journey through Hessie’s \u0153uvre, which marks a certain moment in the course of time that we are living through today.
